How to Play WhoFramed

Every day a new movie puzzle is released. A frame from a mystery film is shown and you have 6 attempts to identify it — guessing on the first frame earns the most points.

  1. A frame from today's mystery film is shown.
  2. Type the movie title in the search box and select your answer.
  3. A wrong guess costs 1 point and reveals the next frame.
  4. Skipping a frame reveals the next one with no point penalty.
  5. After 6 frames, the answer is revealed if you haven't guessed it.

Scoring System

Points are awarded based on which frame you needed to identify the film:

  • Correct on 1st frame: +3 points
  • Correct on frames 2–6: +1 point
  • Wrong guess: −1 point
  • Skip a frame: no penalty

After finishing each daily puzzle, a bonus trivia question unlocks automatically — worth 1 extra point.
